We all have times when we feel lost, lonely and unable to cope. Psychotherapy and Counselling can help you find a way through these difficult times
Individual counselling sessions can help with a wide range of challenges that may be causing emotional concerns and inner turmoil. It is an opportunity to feel support and also experience personal growth during difficult moments. My aim is to help you find a way of being which creates a contented and fulfilled existence for you.
Together we may explore feelings, beliefs and behaviours that could be holding you back, enabling you to move towards desired change.
The goals of therapy are determined by the client and if you are thinking of starting counselling, it is a good idea to ask yourself, if therapy were to be a success. How would that look?
Individual therapy sessions usually last about 50 minutes and frequency of the sessions would depend on the nature of the difficulty experienced, the therapeutic goals and the progress made. Many concerns can be resolved with relatively short-term therapy, while other, more complex issues may require longer.
I understand undertaking therapy can be a big step and I will support you through your journey. If you have any questions or concerns about coming to therapy please feel free to contact me.
